When someone upsets you, do you hold any grudges?
If you do hold grudges, what does it take to smooth things over?
What kinds of grudges do you participate in? Please be detailed.
Did your grudge work or did it backfire on you?
Is there any type of sitution where you cannot or will not ever forgive the other person? If so, what kinds of offenses would it take to permanently ruin a friendship?

I can hold a grunge & did for a long time. But as i've gotten older I've lightened up a bit so now I either get over it, or get over the person that upset me and move on.

I shouldn't (not good for the health) but I do. Seeing as you know about the people I hold grudges against Jenn I think its safe to say you know I will never forgive them. As a matter of fact two of them are dead to me.

I do if they dont wrong what they did, but if i get a sincere apology then i can learn to forgive...but never forget.
On another note, i do have someone that i will never forgive and unfortunatly it is a family member i do not talk to, but it was a long time in the making. Some might say life is too short to hold a grudge which in some ways is true, but it is also too short to keep people in your life that always hurt and upset you!

There are only three people I have maintained a... not grudge but disappointment with. One is my sister in law (she treats me like crap then whines about not having a good relationship with her SIL), one is the person who cheated on me and destroyed a working, good relationship, the other is the other woman who thought she could oust me out of *my* territory and what was mine (pfft, she got hers in the end, karma is a biotch).
I never hold a real grudge but I have certainly gotten even in some cases...
