Are you a Vegetarian? If so, why?
The desire to cut meat out of my diet has gotten stronger and stronger. But there are a few things holding me back. The first is that I don't enjoy cooking much so the idea of being experimental in the kitchen and creating my own recipes does not appeal. Then comes in convenience. Working full time outside of the house & occasionally from home I can be pretty busy & I really don't want to be one of those people who just live off of salads. I mean, i can make some pretty kick ass salads, but it is bound to get lame at some point. My girl has no desire to cut out meat either so that means i'd be cooking 2 meals, or still preparing meat for her. I suppose I just need to buckle down & try it for a week to confirm whether or not it is something i really, really want to do.

I like chicken too much to go veg. We don't really eat too much red meat here though. Mostly chicken and ground turkey.

I was vegan for over year. I actually loved it but there was just sometimes I wanted meat. Eventually I hope to get back to being vegetarian or vegan.
Try it for a few days.
