some of us need an extra shove to make sure we reach our daily workout goals. so this is what this is for. Today I have to tackle les mills combat:60 minutes of cardio MMA. YAY.

i did the 30 minute one. today was supposed to be a rest day but i am getting a hair treatment wednesday and wont be able to workout for 3 days. so i wanted to sneak one in.
What do you plan on doing tomorrow Ashley?

i plan on doing the first one it tells me. haha. cardio i think it is. im a little nervous as i havent really worked out for a year.

ok i did my first workout! It was a challenge, not just the program but to not quit! Next step, get through tomorrows program after i push myself to start it

Today I did my January challenge group workout plus Les Mills Combat: extreme cardio fighter 60. Whew it was difficult but I made it!

How are everyones workouts coming? Good I hope! I have to take a break for a few days. I have extremely thick hair and unmanageable to I had to get myself a relaxer put in it so I cant get my hair wet until Sunday when it finishes setting in. Grrr!

I need to buy a new yoga mat and get my ass in gear. Since moving in September and not having such easy access to my parents home gym I've been slacking.

bought a thick yoga mat for t25 as the modification requires my knees on the ground and i have bad knees and a hard floor. made it SOO much easier. looking forward to next weeks workouts!

Great job guys. Sorry that I have been MIA. With school and work and trying to focus on my health I have been all over the place. Keep up the good work. Tomorrow I am doing week 4 day 3 of Les Mills Combat. Cant wait!
